Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with their purchases. Therefore, we offer an exchange and return policy in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange and Return Period
Customers may request an exchange or return within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size only, subject to availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Used products or items showing signs of use are not eligible for return. Discounted items are not eligible for return, in accordance with the store’s policy.

4. Exchange and Return Procedure
To request an exchange or return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at 966500856400 and provide the order number along with a clear photo of the product. Arrangements will then be made with the shipping company to collect the item.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within two (2) to fourteen (14) business days after the product is received and inspected.

6. Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of SAR 25. Shipping fees will not be charged if the return is due to a defective product or an error from the store.
